"Any Questions?" John 16:17 - 33

Download this episode (53 min)
In these last few moments of Yeshua's life, He tells the disciples that there is coming a day when they will “ask Him nothing.” The disciples were still wondering whether or not Yeshua was the Son of God, and He tells them that there is coming a time when they will no longer wrestle with who He is. How could they still be questioning such a thing? Didn't they know who He was? Is He not God?
Let's look at what our Master has to say, in these most crucial passages of scripture – the very last words that He left with His followers before submitting Himself to the cross.

Here at the Carpenter's Shop, we believe Yeshua when He states in Matthew 5:17 "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill." We have come to know that our Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus), was a Torah observant, Jewish Rabbi who will one day return to reign from David's throne in Jerusalem. We believe that we are saved by the redemptive work that Yeshua accomplished on the cross; we are saved by the grace of God (Hashem), not by observing Torah. We observe Torah because we are saved, out of obedience to God's Word.
